📄 TERMS & AGREEMENT

Welcome to A&J Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, using our website, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Agreement.

1. Services

A&J Detailing provides professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing services. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

4. Vehicle Condition & Disclosure

Customers must disclose any known damage, mechanical issues, or sensitive areas prior to service.
A&J Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to paint defects, loose trim, cracked leather, fragile surfaces, or aftermarket accessories.

5. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion so we may address the concern. Refunds, if any, are issued at management’s discretion.

6. Liability

A&J Detailing is not responsible for:

Personal items left inside vehicles

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear revealed during cleaning

Electronics or aftermarket accessories that malfunction during or after service

7. Weather & Scheduling Delays

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. SMS Messaging & Communications (A2P COMPLIANCE)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from A&J Detailing related to:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Quotes and service updates

Customer support communications

Marketing or promotional messages (only if separately opted in)

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
